Aktivnost izdavanje soba za boravak i spavanje pod imenom “GHEGA“, otvorena je svečano u junu 2004. Nala zi se u zgradi, umetničkom delu, zaštićeno zakonom države Italie sa preze strane železničke i autobuske stanice, autoparkinga “Silos”, na 500m od trga Piazza dell’Unità d’Italia.

Zona u kojoj se nalazimo uživa velike pogodnosti gradskih, (10 min. do plaže) međugradskih (direktna linia Trst-aerodrom Ronki Legionar) i internacionalnih autobuskih linija. Aktivnost je u srcu grada i za 10 min pešice možete doći do mnogih kulturnih; kometcianih znamenotosti, odličnih italijanskih restorana.

Struktura ima 5 soba: 1 jednokrevatna i 4 dvokrevetne. Dve dvucrevetne sobe mogu se izdati i kao trokrevetne i četvorokrevetne. Sobe su velike, komforne, sa lepim pogledom na trg “Piazza della Libertà”, svaka uma televizor, lepo su uređene i opremljene.

Stan poseduje tri komforna kupatila, koia služe svim sobama.

Prikljucenie Wi-Fi besplatno.

U strukturi se govori italianski, engleski, srpski. Familiarni ambient i odlični uslovi vam daju visoki kvalitet i prelepom gradu Trstu.

Sobe i kupatila imaju grejanje.Sobe se napuštaju u 10h ujutru.
Povratak gostiju slobodan u svako doba. Doručak nije uračunat u cenu boravka, i poslužuje se u obližnjem restoranu. Dozvoljeno dovodenje pasa i t.d. Automobili se mogu parkirati na parkiralištu “Silos” blizu želenznicke stanice, na 100m od nas. Ostale karakteristike kuće. Antička zgrada, pod zaštitom države Italie.Stan renoviran detaljno 2009 godine.Svi certifikati za instalacije po zakuno iz 2004-2009 godine. Kuća je osigurana completno.

Sobe:
5 soba: 1 jednokrevatna, 4 dvokrevetne, 2 sobe su namenjene i mogu se dopuniti da postanu sa 3kreveta i 4kreveta.
Dimenzije soba od 14mq do 36mq. Ukupan broj ležajeva je za 12 osoba.
Sobe su tihe. Nameštaj i oprema su novi. Sadržaj u sobama, opremljenost. Kreveti i noćni ormani sa lampama. Pisaci stolovi sa lampama za pisanje i stolice.Ormani sa vešalicama.Televizori sa daljinskim upravljačem na TV policama. Fotelje za odmor i ostalo.
Drvene vešalice, za polaganje garderobe.

Kupatila.
3 kupatila korišcenje, zajednicko.

Usluge.
Svacodnevno čišćenje soba i kupatila. Menjanje postaljine 1 put nedeljno i svaki put svakogo klijenta. Korišćenje fena, pegle i stola za peglanje. Pranje i peglanje veša po dopunskj ceni. Male prepravke na garderobi po dopunskoj ceni.

Karakteristike vlasnika.
Fakultetsko obrazovanje. Stanuje u kuči. Supruga pomaže u poslu.

This post with such a title is justified for this issue: the regional Tourist Agency (Turismo FVG) nearly (they say “maybe” of course) to be charged for having forged touristic flows in order to overvalue its work. Many of us thought there could be some mistake about official statistical datas this Agency used to publish. We did not have any proof than our day per day presence on the market and, definitively, no possibility to talk aloud and say the truth. Some of us have been interviewed for a couple of times in order to express truely our opinions on touristic market. We’ve been underestimated and, as a matter of fact, controverted by publishing, at the same time, some statistical datas on income tourist flows in town. Now we know those diagrams were false. So, what’s the fuck? The fuck is our economy is built on a fucking bluff, where fucking datas and fucking voices and fucking interviews published on the press count much more than the truth!

Se Venezia è un pesce, Trieste è sicuramente un corallo: un organismo che deve la propria esistenza a un agglomerato di altri microrganismi. Il Cinema da sempre è più della somma delle sue componenti.
Parte da queste suggestioni la grafica di Trieste film festival legandosi ancor più con la città da una parte e dall’altra lasciandosi contaminare dai diversi piani della realtà che solo il Cinema riesce a fare coesistere simultaneamente.
A prima vista una macchina futurista e retrò su uno sfondo bianco: una vettura architettonica fantastica. Avvicinandosi la macchina ci svela le sue componenti: reali edifici cittadini che, quasi come un manuale di architettura, spaziano dai resti romani all’architettura urbana contemporanea, passando per il liberty, deco’, secessione e razionalismo. Addentrandosi ancora di più la vettura/macchina/città è popolata e vissuta da persone impegnate in diverse attività che la rendono più che mai attiva.
Una struttura di fantasia versatile e mobile come il festival che rappresenta: una vettura animata da film, cortometraggi, documentari, omaggi e retrospettive che inizierà il suo magico percorso a partire dal 19 gennaio prossimo… Non avrai mica intenzione di rimanere a terra?

This is a topic usually bosses can’t afford discussions at all. They don’t face the problem, that’s all!
I’ll try to do something different, ready to be picked up and put ahead my responsabilities. First of all: are reviews consistent in itself? I can’t respond with yes: they are not. Tripadvisor troubles are the proof I’m on the right way on in writing it. Are them true? Many of them are, but a good review won’t be seen as important; a bad one will be.
The lack of consistent and true reviews are the result of many factors. Usually on one hand they (some clients) are dumping due to their personal psychological troubles, on the other hand they blackmail in order to get some discounts. Both of these behaviors are bad and unfair BUT the world is crowded of scabs.
I have been working in this branch since 1988 and I’m still here, so, I can tell you my point of you is a winner one. We have to increase the value of what we do in order to improve our business that is not MERELY business, it is a way of life and a way to be able to live. This is the only way I know to give customers the best we can: with no kind of straining.

Travel agencies and hospitality industry: 2 (nearly) opposite entities.

Why opposite? Because they are on 2 different sides, far away one from the other, if we consider their respective goals. We can say there are several contraddictions in this relationship:
1-they don’t really know what they are selling: few agencies did visit the places they promote and sell to the public;
2-they don’t really know what the expectations of their customers are, otherwise we couldn’t justify so many complaints on that way;
3-agencies don’t care about the hotel but to spread enormously their offer; on the other hand, hotels, hostels, guest houses and b&b need to keep attention on their specific skills and ability to handle customers’ needs;
4-they (agencies) work on nothing else than operators skills and…real estates: it sounds parasitic. They get the money, operators get cleaning and rubbish;
5-they are, sometimes, made up by groups of operators that want to divert travel traffic on their ways;
6-even if they are not directly built by them, they work in accordance with them…usually the most powerful and ruthless operators. This is what we call easy money;
7-even if there’s an agreement the could seem vanishing any kind of contraddiction, it keeps on working: among the operators by a false competition and within that agreement, concerning fees and commissions policy.

Last but not least I have to admit (only) online agencies are useful for our business. Some of them, of course, are good working while a lot are wasting their and our times in doing nothing useful. Secondary, the web is, nowadays, much more kicking asses than agencies ground-located. This is a compliment; you can find them just following these pages.

Is politness a good way for a successful hospitality business?

I really don’t think so. Business depends on several different factors. Your behavior is just one of them and it is not the very first one. My life experience says something different. I think you have to be polite when it is possible to relate to people who are able to understnad and appreciate what you are doing, the way you are working or helping them, otherwise your behavior it’ll be sounding like making a fool of someone: he/she, your customer! This is a capital mistake: don’t do it!
What’s the really important background of my issue? You can humanize a relationship between people in your workplace up to what money concern is. Where money are involved, there is not freedom to behave, there’s a contract to honour.
I haven’t ever had any problem to be tough when clients were rude or violent. If I lost one client I gained immediately another one. I’m on my way running hotels or youth hostels since 1988 and I’m still here; many clients pased by and disappear.

Why people from the anglosphere usually come to Trieste?

3-visiting their relatives living here;
4-visit places where they lived when younger (do you remember Military Allied Government just ended IIWW?);

We stayed at this hostel and as can be seen below breakfast is included. When we requested our breakfast in the morning we were informed by the staff member on duty that they do not ever serve breakfast.

How is a Hostel’s room price composed by?

This is a question people usually don’t ask because it does not matter with their daily problems. But, when they need a place to stay for vacancy or business and have to look for a room and, often, deal with it, they have to face it.
This is the structure of a price-line in hospitality, what compose a room price:
1-Travel Agency commissions;
2-Taxes;
3-Labour (wages, social security, insurance….);
4-Overall spendings including electricity, water, heating, cleaning products consuming;
5-Premises rent, if the case;

So, before asking for a discount, think if your deal hasn’t really matched your expectations. Hostels, usually, are already low costs places, where prices are truely the smallest. We have to set clients-operators relationship style in a fair way: don’t ask for hard discount on one hand, on the others don’t overprice your rooms.
